 Daniel Berjón received the Telecommunication Engineering degree (integrated B.Sc.–M.Sc., ABET-accredited) from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), Spain, in 2005, and is currently a PhD researcher in Communications at UPM.

Since 2008, he has been a member of the Grupo de Tratamiento de Imágenes (Image Processing Group) at UPM.

His research interests include computer graphics, parallel processing, and real-time systems.
